Services
Prospecting Pilot provides marketing, lead-generation, website, and related services for home service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices are set out in a separate service agreement or order form between you and us.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business to use our services.
Your account and content
If we provide you with login credentials, you are responsible for keeping them secure and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of any business information, content, or instructions you provide to us, and for ensuring that they don’t violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

Fees and payment
Fees for services are described in your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable, and are due within the timeline specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

All trademarks, logos, branding, and original content on the Site are owned by Prospecting Pilot or our licensors. You retain ownership of any content you provide to us, but you grant us a license to use it as necessary to deliver the services.
Third-party services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, OfferUp, payment processors). Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for actions, outages, or changes by third parties.
Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific results from our services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prospecting Pilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to these Terms or the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement as set out in that agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services if you violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
